Onboarding Checklist


Please complete each of the below before continuing, in this order. Payment will be needed for some steps; use your given business card for these.



  1. 1. Set up Microsoft Office Suite (365 Business Standard - Need to use Desktop applications, NOT Web)


  2. 2. Set up Webex account, using your work email. If you are in sales, contact your onboarding contact for setup as a paid seat in order to host longer (40+ min) meetings.


  3. 3. Set up Proton Mail Bridge Using Microsoft Outlook


  4. 4. In Outlook, create new signature using current AMG format. Ask anyone for their Signature form to copy/paste, which should look like this:

  6. 5. Sign up for Dropbox using work email, download Dropbox and ensure Dropbox access, particularly to Screenshots and Presentations folders. Desktop access is preferred over browser access.
